Divine Mercy and Divine Grace

John 3:16-17 " For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God sent the Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him."

What really is the important thing??

Please pray the Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary EVERY DAY for peace, the ending of abortion, and for the intentions of the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI.

Please pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet, Daily for the mercy of God upon us, the faithful, the Pope, all Bishops, all Priests, all religious, those who do not believe in God and who do not yet know Jesus, the Holy souls in purgatory, all in need, those who have left the Church, those who attack the Church, and those who seek the ruin of the kingdom. May Jesus have mercy on us all.

Please pray the Stations of the Cross daily to remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us and to encourage us to do the same for others. Abortion is a national tragedy and will not end without the intercession of Jesus and Mary.

Today I was surprised to hear a message from the LORD at adoration that of course we all know, but few of us do, including myself. I was meditating on what was the most important thing to do for Jesus. The answer is straight out of the Catholic Catechism. Go to Mass and partake of the Holy Eucharist. The body and blood, soul and divinity of our LORD Jesus Christ. Sometimes I am such a dolt. Obviously the Church has taught this since the beginning.
By going to Mass we get our daily bread of life. We hear the Word. We praise our God. We worship in unity with the whole Church. All things good are to be found here! As if I need to tell you, by going to daily mass we put ourselves into a  communal relationship with the entire body of Christ. With Jesus as the head and the entire Church as the rest of His body.
Praying the Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet, Stations of the Cross, Reading the Bible, acts of love and mercy all are important. The most important though is the daily Mass. What more can I say. There is so much contained in it that the rest simply is a by product of the Mass. So in the morning I will attend Mass. I hope you will also. If we pray a mass for someone we love, why not for the unborn? Why not for the Holy Father Pope Benedict? Just some thoughts. God bless, Todd
