Day 9- The LORD is our Peace

Judg.6 But the LORD said to him, "Peace be to you; do not fear, you shall not die."  Then Gideon built an altar there to the LORD, and called it, The LORD is peace. To this day it still stands at Ophrah, which belongs to the Abiez'rites.

Matthew 5:9 “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
Matthew 11:28-30 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
John 16:33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Romans 14:17-19 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Whoever thus serves Christ is acceptable to God and approved by men. So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding.
2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
Isaiah 12:2 “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD GOD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.”
Number 6:23-27 "Say to Aaron and his sons, Thus you shall bless the people of Israel: you shall say to them,The LORD bless you and keep you: The LORD make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you:The LORD lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.
"So shall they put my name upon the people of Israel, and I will bless them."  

Book Psalms, Chapter 122

1. A Song of Ascents; of David.
2. I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go unto the house of Jehovah.
3. Our feet are standing Within thy gates, O Jerusalem,
4. Jerusalem, that art builded As a city that is compact together;
5. Whither the tribes go up, even the tribes of Jehovah, [For] an ordinance for Israel, To give thanks unto the name of Jehovah.
6. For there are set thrones for judgment, The thrones of the house of David.
7. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: They shall prosper that love thee.
8. Peace be within thy walls, And prosperity within thy palaces.
9. For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
10. For the sake of the house of Jehovah our God I will seek thy good.

Divine Mercy Novena

I fly to Your Mercy, Compassionate God, Who alone are good. Although my misery is great and my offenses are many, I trust in Your Mercy because You are the God of Mercy, and it has never been heard of in all ages, nor do Heaven or Earth remember, that a soul trusting in Your Mercy has been disappointed.
